Location and Arrival

Fine Lines Studio is located at 130 Spadina Avenue in The Fashion Building.
Please refer to your booking confirmation email for entry instructions and arrival details.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

  • We require 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations or no-shows within 72 hours are subject to a $100 + tax fee.

  • Larger appointments may be subject to a charge of 50% of the appointment fee for no-shows or very late cancellations.

Payments

We accept multiple payment methods for convenience.

  • Debit and e-transfer are accepted at no extra cost.

  • Credit card payments are subject to a 2.7% processing fee (effective November 1).

Eligibility

To comply with medical and regulatory requirements:

  • We do not treat clients who are not residents of Canada.

Medical Oversight

All treatments are overseen by Medical Director Lauren Scott, NP.

B) Payment information

  • Payment method details needed to process payment (processed by third-party payment providers).
    We do not intentionally store full credit card numbers on our own systems.

C) Service-related information (may include health information)
For safe, appropriate care, we may collect information relevant to treatment planning such as:

  • Treatment history, goals, contraindications, allergies, medications, and other intake details

  • Notes from consultations and follow-ups

  • Documentation needed for safe provision of services

D) Photos and media (optional, with consent)

  • Before/after photos or videos, where you explicitly consent

  • Consent preferences for using images (e.g., internal charting only vs. marketing)

E) Website + device information

  • IP address, device type, browser type

  • Pages viewed, clicks, referral sources

  • We may collect information to confirm eligibility to receive services, including confirming Canadian residency where applicable.

  • Book, confirm, and manage appointments

  • Provide services safely and appropriately (including treatment planning and follow-up)

  • Process payments and issue receipts

  • Improve our website, operations, and client experience

  • Send marketing communications only where permitted and/or with consent (and you can opt out anytime)

  • Maintain business records and meet legal/regulatory obligations

4) Consent

Photos for marketing (website/social/ads) are only used with explicit consent. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect lawful use prior to withdrawal).
